Puppy Health Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind when bringing your new companion home.
72-Hour Health Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour health guarantee
from the time you receive your puppy. During this period, we encourage you to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a full check-up.
If your vet finds any life-threatening health issues during this time, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange (with a written vet report).
1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
All of our puppies are bred from health-tested parents We guarantee your puppy will be free from an life-threatening genetic or congenital defects
for up to 1 year rom the date of purchase.
If a serious genetic issue is found within the first year (confirmed by a licensed vet), we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or discuss other options based on availability.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
This warranty is only valid if the puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery/pick-up.The puppy must be kept up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming, and regular vet care.The warranty does not cover injuries, accidents, illnesses caused by neglect, parasites, or minor/temporary conditions like hypoglycemia or kennel cough.Proof of routine vet care may be required for warranty claims.

72-Hour Return Window (Health Issues)
If your puppy is found to have a ife-threatening health condition
by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up or delivery, you may:Return the puppy for a full refund orExchange the puppy for another (of equal value), depending on availability.📌 A written report from your veterinarian is required.
Rehoming Policy (Non-Medical Returns)
or any reason you are no longer able to care for your puppy after the 72-hour window:
You must notify us immediately.We will assist in rehoming the puppy or, in some cases, accept the puppy back into our program.No refund will be given for non-medical returns unless stated otherwise in writing.The buyer is responsible for transportation costs involved in the return.
No Returns for the Following:
Personal preferences (change of mind, breed characteristics, etc.)Allergies (please ensure no known allergies before purchase)Improper care or neglectInjuries or illnesses caused after leaving our care

Breeding & Rehoming Disclaimer

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MJK9KENNELS services, website, products, and content. By using our services, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy or product, you agree to follow the terms below.
Puppy Purchases & Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferable to a future litter under certain conditions.Full payment must be received before a puppy is released to the new owner.Puppies are sold as companions unless breeding rights are granted in writing.Buyers must be at least 18 years old to purchase a puppy.
Health Guarantee & Veterinary Care
Puppies come with a 72-hour health guarantee and a 1-year genetic health warranty, as outlined in our Health Warranty policy.Buyers are responsible for taking the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy to activate the warranty.MJK9KENNELS is not responsible for illnesses caused by neglect, improper care, or failure to follow veterinary advice.
Use of Website & Content
All photos, text, logos, and materials on our website and social media are property of MJK9KENNELS and may not be copied or used without written permission.You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.Any misuse of our content or misrepresentation of our brand may result in legal action.
Product Sales
We offer carefully selected products and supplements, but results may vary by dog.Always consult a veterinarian before starting new food, supplements, or training routines.We are not responsible for any adverse reactions from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.
Delivery & Pickup
Puppies must be picked up or delivered on the agreed date. Failure to do so may result in a daily boarding fee or forfeiture of the deposit.Delivery fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the puppy is shipped or delivered.
Returns & Rehoming
Returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.We do not guarantee refunds for non-medical returns but will assist with rehoming if needed.Puppies must never be surrendered to shelters. Contact us first for rehoming support.
Limitation of Liability
MJK9KENNELS is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses after the puppy leaves our care.Buyers accept full responsibility for their puppy’s health, training, behavior, and ongoing care.
